OUR CLASSES
Our curriculum provides students with sound knowledge in various streetdance styles while specialising in Hip-Hop. We cover techniques that develop students Freestyle, Competition and Choreographic skills in a fun and safe environment.
The ages for the classes are a general guide please enquire and we will trial you / your child to the most suited class.

Youngers All Style class

GENERAL INFO :
This class is for roughly 3 year olds to 6 / 7 year olds. Our introductory class that helps build confidence, improve motor skills, coordination, rhythm and helps social skills and build muscle memory. This is a fun class with games, fun routines and allows the children to be free and explore their own style as well as introducing the dancers to foundations in lots of different streetdance styles. All to popular and suitable upbeat music.
Juniors All Style class

GENERAL INFO :
This class is for roughly 7/8 year olds to 11 / 12 year olds. We welcome all abilities in this class so very young intermediate/advanced dancers can also join in this session. In this class we work at a slightly faster pace to our introductory class, but we cater for both the beginners and the slightly more advance dancers by offering options for all throughout the sessions to help them grow but to also not be left behind. Through a young age we push our students to help each other, motivate and be patient with each other and this class displays this a lot with lots of group / pairs creative work. The students also learn fun upbeat dance routines, gain solid foundations, knowledge and further techniques and
understanding in several different streetdance styles. All to popular and suitable upbeat music.
Seniors All Style class

GENERAL INFO :
This class is for roughly 12/13 year olds to teens / adults. This class works at a level designed to aid the students to reach an advanced level through intermediate techniques through to
advanced techniques in choreography, freestyle, individual creative freedom through movement and trialling their own ideas. Like the Juniors class we welcome beginners of this age who may have an interest in dance but does not want to go in a class with smaller
children. We will always cater the classes to each individual of the class. This class is always a vibe full of motivation from everyone in the room. All to popular and suitable upbeat music.

GENERAL INFO :
This training is for all ages and invitation only. However anyone who wants to try out for the team is welcome. The team is designed for all those who would like to push themselves further, have a real passion for dance and would like to take their dancing a little more seriously. The team works together towards performances and competitions. They work on individual goals and to improve and uplift their skills in numerous styles. The team has a 100% success rate in competitions, they never fail to bring home the trophies and never fail to rock a crowd at a show. They work hard and their passion oozes through their showcases.

GENERAL INFO :
A fitness class for all ages above 16 years old. This class works in a Hiit (High intensity interval training) style format combined with body weight exercises and light weight resistance exercises. However, the class has options to work at a lower intensity and slower pace. This class promotes cardiovascular health, fat loss and improving strength and tone throughout the body. The class will also get the endorphins up to boost your mood finishing the day on a high and setting you up for the rest of the week!
